Wells Hill Homestead

This new construction Greek Revival farmhouse is sited on the top of a mountain plateau with breathtaking views of the Berkshire Mountains. The home was designed to feel as if it grew over time. The back of the house features a two-story balcony to take advantage of the views. 10′ ceilings on the first floor add a sense of grandeur while the antique furnishings and the updated traditional decor give the new home an inviting comfortable feel. The drive thru barn acts as a garage on the first floor and a great room on the second floor.
